Built in 2000, the apartment hotel offers a total of 4-storeys in the main building and 3-storeys in the 2 neighbouring buildings, with a total of 128 apartments. The facilities include a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a games room, a TV room and Internet access. There is also a cosy bar, a café, a small supermarket and an air-conditioned restaurant. Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is a doctor on call. Outside, the hotel owns a playground with a kids' club.
It has 36 rooms, 17 with capacity of up to five people and 19 for up to 10 people. All of the apartments are tastefully furnished and come fitted with an en suite bathroom, a combined living/bedroom and a separate bedroom.
